Your appointment has been reserved specifically for your vehicle. However, if you do need to cancel please give 72 hours notice preceding your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged. Cancellations within the 72 hour window and no shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service price. We understand situations arise and appreciate advanced notice. Therefore, if we are able to schedule someone else in your appointment time, we will gladly waive the fee. Thank you for your understanding.
